PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing liquid having a high dissolved hydrogen amount upon use.SOLUTION: Provided is a packed liquid containing a container 3, and hydrogen generation granules and a liquid filled into the container 3. The container 3 includes a bottle 2 and a bottle cap 1 fitted to the bottle 2. The bottle 2 is filled with the liquid, the bottle cap 1 includes a storage part 12 and a lid part 11 composed integrally with the storage part 12.
