Collapsible head (4) for a corn and / or combine harvester machine suitable for coping the ears, extending the head (4) in a transverse direction (YY), perpendicular to a longitudinal direction (XX) of head advance (4) in the work stage, and comprising at least one deflector roller (8) that rotates in relation to a relative axis of rotation and equipped with blades to pull a stem of a corn plant ear down, - the head (4) comprising a central part (12) extending along the main transverse direction (Y- Y) between opposite transverse ends (16, 18) and two lateral parts (20, 22) located on opposite sides to the central part (12) at each transverse end (16, 18) and aligned with the central part (12) in a working state of the head (4), - each lateral part (20, 22) extending from an inner end (24), together with the corresponding transverse end (16, 18) of the pair central unit (12) in a working configuration, to an external end (28), opposite the internal end (24) in relation to the transverse direction (YY), in a working configuration, - the head (4) comprising means of drive (44) to move the side parts (20, 22) in order to move from a working configuration in which the side parts (20, 22) are next to each other and aligned with the central part (12), to a folded configuration in which the lateral parts (20, 22) are at least partially folded and superimposed on the central part (12), - each lateral part (20, 22) is operatively connected to the central part (12) by means for interposing connection means (32) comprising a respective arm (34) connecting each side part (20, 22) to the central part (12), - in which the connection means (32) comprise a first joint (36) defining a first axis of rotation (R ') parallel to the longitudinal direction l (XX) of advance of the head (4), in order to separate and raise the lateral parts (20, 22) in relation to the central part (12), and characterized in that it comprises a second joint (40) which defines a second axis of rotation (R ")
