PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform complete examination after initial viewing and the temporal observation of an eye to be tested by efficiently and alternately testing the right and left eyes to be tested.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmic imaging apparatus includes: an imaging part having an imaging optical system for imaging the eye to be tested a right and left eye determining means for determining the right and left eyes of a subject to be imaged by the imaging part a storage means for storing an imaging condition by each one of the right and left eyes to be imaged by the imaging part in association with the determination result by the right and left eye determining means and an imaging condition setting means for calling the corresponding imaging condition from the storage means, based on the determination result determined by the right and left eye determining means concerning the imaging conditions in imaging the eye to be tested with the use of the imaging part again after the storage means stores the imaging condition, and then, setting the corresponding condition as the imaging condition when imaging is performed.
