The present invention relates a soluble recombinant FliC fusion protein with improving activities of porcine immune cells. The soluble recombinant FliC fusion protein is over-expressed by using a recombinant gene of wildtype flagellin FliC in a prokaryotic expression system. The soluble recombinant FliC fusion protein can promote porcine innate immunities of porcine immune cells, including the elevated gene expressions of toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and TLR8 of the porcine immune cells, as well as increased secretions of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and IL-10 of porcine immune cells, thereby being applied as a porcine vaccine adjuvant.本發明係有關一種具促進豬免疫細胞活性之可溶性重組FliC鞭毛融合蛋白,其係將腸炎沙門氏桿菌(Salmonella enteritidis)野生株鞭毛蛋白FliC的重組基因,利用原核生物表現系統大量表現可溶性重組FliC鞭毛蛋白。此可溶性重組FliC鞭毛蛋白可促進豬免疫細胞之先天免疫反應,不僅增加豬免疫細胞之類鐸受體7(toll-like receptor 7;TLR7)與類鐸受體8(TLR8)的基因表現量,並同時促進豬免疫細胞分泌介白素-4(interleukin-4;IL-4)與IL-10,故可作為豬用疫苗佐劑。
