The present invention provides a more effective reverse thermo-sensitive reversible aquagel composition comprising terbinafine or the acid addition salt thereof for treating a fungal infection of skin or skin appendages, and a method of using the reverse thermo-sensitive reversible aquagel composition； the composition comprises:(a) a water soluble block copolymer comprising at least two polyethylene oxide blocks and at least one polypropylene oxide block； and (b) at least one associated gel adjuvant, which has a water solubility less than 0.5 g/l00 ml at 20°C, preferably less than 0.3 g/100 ml, and which can form a water-soluble intermolecular complex with the abovementoned water soluble block copolymer； and (c) an effective dose of terbinafine or the acid addition salt thereof. The aquagel composition of the present invention is effective in treating a fungal infection of skin or skin appendages.La présente invention concerne une composition d'aquagel réversible réciproquement thermosensible d'efficacité supérieure comprenant de la terbinafine ou son sel d'addition acide dans le traitement d'une infection fongique de la peau ou des appendices de la peau, ainsi qu'une méthode d'utilisation de la composition d'aquagel réversible réciproquement thermosensible ； la composition comprend (a) : un copolymère bloc hydrosoluble comprenant au moins deux blocs polyoxyde d'éthylène et au moins un bloc polyoxyde de propylène ； et (b) au moins un adjuvant en gel associé, de solubilité dans l'eau inférieure à 0,5 g/100 mL à 20 °C, préférentiellement inférieure à 0,3 g/100 mL, et pouvant former un complexe intermoléculaire hydrosoluble avec le copolymère bloc hydrosoluble susmentionné ； et (c) une dose active de terbinafine ou de son sel d'addition acide. La composition d'aquagel selon la présente invention permet le traitement efficace d'une infection fongique de la peau ou des appendices de la peau.
