A fixing implant for fractured bone comprises a bone screw. The bone screw has a coupling section, a conic section connected to an end of the coupling section, and a threaded section connected to the conic section. The threaded section and the coupling section are respectively located at two opposite ends of the conic section. The threaded section has a spherical end. The conic section has a cross-sectional diameter that is gradually decreased from the coupling section toward the threaded section.
