This invention relates to a hitch device with quick coupling, which assists in towing tractor and trailed equipments with versatile applicability in all agricultural operations including plowing, planting and transportation. Hitch device with quick coupling in accordance with this invention comprises a main frame unit, a sub frame unit, a holding unit assembly for the main frame unit on a fixed part of the driving unit, a means for joining the main frame unit and sub frame unit and a quick coupling unit, wherein one end of the said main frame unit is mounted on the fixed part of the driving unit through its holding unit assembly, the other end is connected to the sub frame unit through a means for connecting said main frame unit and sub frame unit. The other end of the said sub frame unit is connected to the quick coupling unit with the assistance of the three point linkage of the driving unit. Said quick coupling unit is adapted to be provided on the trailer unit or implement unit to allow sidewise articulation while turning. The hitch device provides articulation of the trailer relative to the tractor with the help of lower links of tractor through hydraulic or other control mechanism controlled by the operator. The articulation of the hitch system will avoid misalignment of tractor-trailer combination, assists in quick attachment and detachment of trailer/implement to the tractor.
