The sleeve is held together by a coupling member 230 to constrain the inflatable device in a folded configuration for intraluminal delivery to the vascular treatment site. The sleeve is openable by displacing the coupling member away from the sleeve to permit outward expansion of the inflatable device in an inflated form.
