The present invention relates to a deodorizing catalyst filter that can be semi-permanently used and an air refining and purifying sterilizer having a reproduction unit thereof, wherein by improving a sterilizing function and heating and removing dust that is collected during refinement, sterilization, and deodorization, the deodorizing catalyst filter is reproduced and does not have to be replaced. An air refining and purifying module (1) of the air refining and purifying sterilizer according to the present invention comprises: a filter assembly (10) for removing dust and moisture； a metal form optical catalyst filter (20) that is made of alloy material in order to perform sterilization by means of oxidation of metals and shield radio waves； an ultraviolet ray lamp (30) for performing sterilization by irradiating ultraviolet ray beams； a deodorizing catalyst filter (50) which is formed to be able to rotate and of which only a partial area can be used so that a catalyst is coated on a metal form and sterilization is performed； a deodorizing filter (60) that removes smells by coating an activated carbon filter or a zeolite filter； and a filter reproducing unit (70) that removes collected dust by applying heat onto a part of the deodorizing catalyst filter (50).본 발명은 살균 성능을 개선하고, 제연과 살균 및 탈취시 포집되는 분진을 가열하여 제거함으로써 탈취 촉매 필터를 재생시키는 것으로 탈취 촉매 필터의 교체가 불필요하여 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있는 탈취 촉매 필터 및 이의 재생 유닛을 구비한 공기제연정화 살균기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 공기제연정화 살균기의 공기제연정화 모듈(1)은 먼지 및 수분을 제거하기 위한 필터 어셈블리(10)； 합금 재질로 제조되고, 금속의 산화작용에 의하여 살균을 하며, 전파를 차단하는 메탈폼광촉매 필터(20)； 자외선 광을 조사하여 살균을 위한 자외선 램프(30)； 회전 가능하게 구성되며, 전체 면적의 일부분만 사용되도록 구성되고, 메탈폼에 촉매를 코팅하여 살균을 위한 탈취 촉매 필터(50)； 활성탄 필터 또는 제올라이트 필터를 코팅하여 냄새제거를 위한 탈취 필터(60)； 및 상기 탈취 촉매 필터(50)의 일부분에 열을 인가하여 포집된 분진을 제거하는 필터 재생 유닛(70)； 을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
