PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified perfume composition capable of stably maintaining a uniformly dispersed state of emulsified fine particles.SOLUTION: The emulsified perfume composition includes the following components (a) to (c): (a) a hydrophilic polyglycerol fatty acid ester； (b) a lipophilic polyglycerol fatty acid ester； and (c) lysolecithin. The component (a) includes hydrophilic polyglycerol fatty acid esters having an HLB of 10 to 12 and an HLB of 14 to 16 with a mass content ratio of 10:12 to 10:180. The component (b) includes a lipophilic polyglycerol fatty acid ester having an HLB of 8 or less. The mass content ratio between the components (a) and (b) is 10:0.05 to 10:0.3. The emulsified particle diameter is 10 to 200 nm.【課題】微細な乳化粒子が均一に分散した状態を安定して維持し得る乳化香料組成物の提供。【解決手段】次の成分（ａ）～（ｃ）；（ａ）親水性ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、（ｂ）親油性ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、（ｃ）リゾレシチン、を含有することを特徴とする乳化香料組成物。成分（Ａ）がＨＬＢ１０～１２とＨＬＢ１４～１６の親水性ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルでその質量含有比が１０：１２～１０：１８０であり、成分（ｂ）がＨＬＢ８以下の親油性ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルからなり、成分（ａ）と成分（ｂ）の質量含有比が１０：０．０５～１０：０．３であり、乳化粒子径が１０～２００ｎｍである。【選択図】なし
