An implant device such as e.g. a stent, has loaded thereon a composition including:- at least one active principle to be delivered at the implantation site of the implant device, and- at least one excipient combined with said at least one active principle, said at least one excipient being selected among fatty acids esters of polyalcohols, sugars or vitamins having a molecular weight not exceeding 30,000 Dalton, or between polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyethylenglycol having a molecular weight not exceeding 17,000 Dalton.
