By using the knee joint assisting device of the present invention, the frames of the knee joint assisting device can be adhered and mounted on the adhesion surface of the thighbone and the adhesion surface of the shinbone even when the adhesion surface of the thighbone and the adhesion surface of the shinbone are not horizontal with respect to each other.
