PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precursor for a tissue regeneration instrument, which allows length to be adjusted so as to be applicable to every case when used and facilitates adjustment to the tissue regeneration instrument provided with a space for allowing tissue ends to be inserted in both ends.SOLUTION: The precursor is used to produce a tissue regeneration instrument for regenerating tissues, and the precursor for a tissue regeneration instrument includes: a cylindrical body which is a lumen in the long axis direction and is composed of biodegradable materials a guide means which is provided for the lumen of the cylindrical body and is composed of biodegradable materials and a fixing means for fixing the guide means to the cylindrical body to be cancelable. The precursor for a tissue regeneration instrument is adjustable to the tissue regeneration instrument provided with a space for easily inserting tissues in both ends.
