The container neck (6), provided with an inward depression, is disposed between the top opening (4) and the first side opening (2). Two ends of the elastic band (5) are secured, by means of ring-type fastening, on the container neck (6). The scented material marking line (7) is provided 3-6 mm below a lower edge of the first side opening (2) and the second side opening (3). The scented material container (1) holds a scented material (8). The height of the scented material (8) is aligned to the scented material marking line (7). The invention uses a natural herbal formulation, generates little pollution, can be dispersed by air across a large area, effectively repels an insect, improves air freshness, and offers an easily adaptable aesthetic for interior designs.
