PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measuring device having a high degree of freedom in assembly adjustment work of various kinds of optical parts, and facilitating miniaturization.SOLUTION: The component measuring device irradiates an inner tissue of a measurement target with a laser beam through a confocal optical system, and measures the components of the measurement target based on data output from a light receiving element detecting the reflected light reflected by the inner tissue of the measurement target through the confocal optical system.
