PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition excellent in bleeding resistance, bloom resistance and moldability, and capable of being used suitable as a material for toys, medical related products and food related products.SOLUTION: There is provided a vinyl chloride resin composition containing 100 pts.mass of (a) a vinyl chloride resin and 15 to 150 pts.mass of (b) a plasticizer and the (b) plasticizer consists of 10 to 90 mass% of (b-1) cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylic acid di(isononyl)ester with a cis isomer of 90 to 100 mol% and a trans isomer of 10 to 0 mol%, obtained by hydrogenation of diisononyl phthalate ester of cas No.28553-12-0 and 90 to 10 mass% of (b-2) diisononyl phthalate ester of cas No.68515-48-0 and the sum of the contents (b-1) and (b-2) is 100 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
