PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical vinyl chloride resin composition capable of obtaining a medical joint pipe which can be suitably used for connecting a medical tube composed of a vinyl chloride resin composition containing a cyclohexane dicarboxylate-based plasticizer and is easily inserted and hardly pulled out since there is no problem in a dissolution test required for a medical material.SOLUTION: There is provided a medical vinyl chloride resin composition which comprises: 100 pts.mass of component (a) a vinyl chloride resin； 1 to 20 pts.mass of component (b) a cyclohexane dicarboxylate-based plasticizer； and 1 to 9 pts.mass of component (c) an epoxidized vegetable oil.
