Die Messzelle (10) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zwischen dem Einlasskanal (12) und dem Auslass (16) eine von einem Boden des Hohlraums aufragende Barriere (14) angeordnet ist, die den Hohlraum in den Messtrog (13) auf der Seite des Einlasskanals (12) und einen Auslasskanal (15) auf der Seite des Auslasses (16) unterteilt, wobei eine Kuppe (141) der Barriere (14) unterhalb einer Verlängerung des Einlasskanals (12) positioniert ist.
