The hybrid food dry and low temperature storage system having a storage of the present invention comprises: a housing； a frame which is provided to be movable to introduce and withdraw grains in a dry chamber of the housing and has a wicker tray having grains loaded thereon, and in which a base frame, a reinforcing frame connected in horizontal and vertical directions, a vertical frame connected in the vertical direction and a support frame connected to the vertical frame to have the wicker tray loaded on an upper part thereof are disposed in parallel in a multi-layered shape； a cooling means which comprises a compressor compressing refrigerants at a high temperature and a high pressure, a condenser provided inside the housing and phase-changing the refrigerants into a liquid state at a high temperature, an expansive valve making the refrigerants be a lower temperature and a low pressure, and an evaporator provided inside the housing； a pressure reducing means which reduces pressure inside air of the dry chamber； and a storage which is provided in a location away from the housing, has an inner space, and transmits cold air of an assisting evaporator connected as a dual type with the evaporator and cold air of the evaporator together to form an inner temperature at a predetermined temperature or less.
