An automated seaweed drying system comprising a generally rectangular seaweed drying device having a floor panel； a front, rear and side panels emanating from said floor panel, and a top panel provided on top of said front, rear and side panels； an opening provided on said front panel； a cover provided on said opening； an axial fan disposed in said side panel； an LCD monitor provided on top of said top panel； heating elements disposed on said side panels, and a platform disposed within said seaweed drying device, said platform is provided with a load cell adapted to measure weight of seaweeds disposed on top of said platform, wherein said seaweed drying device is provided with a thermocouple adapted to measure humidity of seaweeds disposed on said platform.
