PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin washing agent composition for care, having low skin stimulation to weak skin of old persons, having excellent washability and rinsing ability on old persons skin having a little oil dirt, having an excellent low-temperature stability and having a preferable property for washing anus and the around.SOLUTION: Skin washing agent composition for care comprises: (a) component: sulfate type anion surfactant represented by a general formula (1) [R-O-(CHCHO)n-SOM (1)] (in which the Rcomprises alkyl groups and the like, ncomprise a number from 1.5 to 3.5, and M comprises alkali metal and the like) (b) component: carboxylic ether type anion surfactant represented by a general formula (2) [R-Z-(CHCHO)n-Y-COOX (2)] (in which Rcomprises alkyl groups and the like, Z comprises -O- or -CONH-, ncomprises a number from 8 to 13, Y comprises alkenylene group and X comprises alkali metal) and water. The content of (a) component and (b) component as the total number of them is 1 to 7 mass%.
