The stent assembly for treating aneurysm comprises: a hollow stent member made of metals； a hollow tube member made of polymer nanofibers and inserted into the stent member； and a pressurizing member inserted into the tube member and compressing the tube member to adhere to the inner wall of the stent member.본 발명은 동맥류 치료용 스텐트 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 특히 동맥류에 공급되는 혈액을 차단하여 동맥류를 제거하도록 하는 동맥류 치료용 스텐트 조립체에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 동맥류 치료용 스텐트 조립체는, 금속 이루어지고 중공형상을 갖는 스텐트부재와； 고분자 나노섬유로 이루어지고, 상기 스텐트부재의 내부에 삽입 배치되는 중공형상의 튜브부재와； 상기 튜브부재의 내부에 삽입 배치되어 상기 튜브부재를 상기 스텐트부재의 내벽에 가압 밀착시키는 가압부재；를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
