PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient production method for a multicolor stick type material with a color tone different in an axial direction in which a boundary line between different core materials is clear and a color tone mixture portion is hardly formed in the core material.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a production method, in which each nozzle 4c and 4d discharging molten materials C and D of each color tone is inserted into a gathering shaft tube 3 from the upper part, the molten materials C and D of each color tone are discharged one by one from each of the nozzles 4c and 4d while the nozzles are pulled up to fill the shaft tube 3, and a boundary line between core materials 1 and 2 arranged in a line and having color tones different in an axial direction becomes clear by discharging the molten material D of another color tone before the shrink of the molten material C having a certain color tone which is previously filled starts and the molten materials C and D are discharged while the nozzles 4c and 4d are pulled up, the molten materials C and D become difficult to splash by arranging the nozzles 4c and 4d close to the molten materials C and D, and further, a production time can be shortened as compared with conventional methods comprising waiting for the solidification to discharge, by discharging the molten material D of another color tone without waiting for the solidification of the molten material C of a certain color tone.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】異色の芯材同士の境目を綺麗にし、且つ芯材に色調の混在部分を形成し難くした、軸線方向に異なる色調の多色棒状物の効率的な製造方法の提供。【解決手段】各色調の溶融材料C,Dを吐出する各ノズル4c,4dを、纏め軸筒3内に上方から挿入し、引き上げながら各色調の溶融材料C,Dを該4c,4dから順次吐出させて軸筒3内に順次充填し、先に充填した一の色調の溶融材料Cのヒケが始まる前に、他の色調の溶融材料Dを吐出させることで、軸線方向に異なる色調を有して並ぶ芯材1,2同士の境目が綺麗な境目となり、また、ノズル4c,4dを引き上げながら溶融材料C,Dを吐出させて該4c,4dと該C,Dとを接近させることにより該C,Dが飛び散り難くなり、更に、一の色調の溶融材料Cの固化を待たずに他の色調の溶融材料Dを吐出させることで、固化を待って吐出する従来方法に比して製造時間を短縮することができる製造方法。【選択図】図3
