The present invention relates to an apparatus for roasting and keeping warm. The apparatus comprises an oven part having a roasting space, a drawer part disposed in the roasting space and capable of being drawn out and placing a roasting material, a heat source part disposed in the roasting space and applying heat to the roasting material, and a warm keeping part which has a warm keeping space and an airflue partitioned from the warm keeping space and receiving heat of the roasting space. The heat of the roasting space may be supplied to the airflue. The heat of the airflue may be transferred to the warm keeping space and transferred to the heat insulation material of the warm keeping space.
