The wavelength conversion part 11 converts a wavelength of light. The wavelength conversion part 11 has a surface 13. The protruded part 12 has the same refraction factor as that of the wavelength conversion part 11. The protruded part 12 is protruded from the surface 13 of the wavelength conversion part 11. Then, at least a part of wavelength-converted light whose wavelength has been converted by the wavelength conversion part 11 is emitted from at least a part of the surface 15 of the protruded part 12.
