PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cephalic radiography having a backrest and a headrest capable of supporting the positioning of a subject at an optional position in the radiography of the front surface, the side face and the body axis in cephalic radiography by solving the present condition that the back surface of the subject is fixed using the backrest fixed at a position not to be radiographed in the case of radiographing a little child when positioning the subject in cephalic radiography, one and the same backrest is used in all the radiography of the front surface, the side face and the body axis, and there is no effective positioning means for reducing burdens on the posture of the subject.SOLUTION: The cephalic radiography apparatus is provided with a positioning means by the headrest and the backrest capable of supporting the positioning of the subject at the optional position respectively during front surface and side face radiography and during body axis radiography, has a mechanism capable of electrically or manually locking and unlocking the vertical movement of the backrest, and has a mechanism capable of moving to the optional position electrically and manually without lowering even when unlocking is performed during the manual operation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 セファロX線撮影において被検者の位置決めを行う時、小児撮影の際にも写り込まない位置で固定されたバックレストを使用し被検者の背面を固定している。また正面、側面、体軸の全ての撮影において同一のバックレストを使用している。、セファロX線撮影における正面、側面、体軸の撮影で被検者の位置決めを任意の位置でサポートできるバックレスト及びヘッドレストを有するセファロX線装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】 セファロX線撮影装置において、正面・側面撮影時及び体軸撮影時にそれぞれ被検者の位置決めを任意の位置でサポートできるヘッドレスト及びバックレストによる位置決め手段を設けバックレストの上下動のロック及びロック解除が電動または手動で行うことが出きる機構を有し、また電動及び手動にて任意の位置に移動でき手動時においてロックを解除しても下降しない機構を有する。【選択図】図1
