According to the present invention, a device operating method for generating steady-state somatosensory evoked potential (SSSEP) of a brainwave comprises: a step of transmitting a first control signal which generates at least one electric stimulus having a different current, a frequency or a pulse width； a step of receiving a brainwave signal sensed as a response to the generated electric stimulus； a step of eliminating noise from the received brainwave signal； a step of extracting a feature point from the brainwave where noise is eliminated； a step of classifying each of the brainwaves by a command based on the feature point of the brainwave signal； and a step of receiving/transmitting a second control signal whose at least one among a current, a frequency, or a pulse width is changed.
