The present invention relates to a powder-type cosmetic material composition for blocking ultraviolet rays, and more specifically, to a cosmetic material composition for blocking ultraviolet rays which represents a high SPF and PA, improves stickiness or white turbidity while having an excellent ultraviolet blocking effect and is an excellent in use. The powder-type cosmetic material composition of the present invention comprises two or more kinds of inorganic ultraviolet blocking agents and a powder unit containing a powder-type organic ultraviolet blocking agent treated to prevent reaggregation. The powder-type cosmetic material composition does not contain a high content of the inorganic ultraviolet blocking agent, to improve white turbidity, is excellent in terms of use convenience and stability, and provides a greatly improved ultraviolet blocking effect.
