According to the present invention, an optical rotary connection module of an optical coherence tomography (OCT) system uses optical fiber to transfer light emitted from an optical coherence tomography (OCT) system to an imaging catheter, and rotates the imaging catheter. The optical rotary connection module comprises a rotary connection unit, a connection fixing unit, a first coupler, a hollow motor, a second coupler, and an adapter. The rotary connection module further comprises: a first housing wherein the rotary connection unit, the connection fixing unit, and the first coupler are inserted to be fixed thereon； a second housing wherein the hollow motor is inserted and fixed thereon, and one end thereof is coupled to the first housing； and a third housing fixed and coupled to the other end of the second housing, wherein the second coupler is inserted and fixed thereon. The present invention provides separate housings on components for suppressing a tolerance on internal components of the rotary connection module between an OCT system and a catheter to reduce a tolerance created by assembly of the components of the rotary connection module to ultimately transfer torque of the hollow motor to the catheter without loss.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명에서 제공하는 OCT 시스템용 광학 회전접합모듈은, 광간섭단층촬영(OCT) 시스템으로부터 조사된 빛을 광섬유를 이용하여 이미징 카테터로 전달하고 상기 이미징 카테터를 회전시키는 회전접합모듈에 있어서, 상기 회전접합모듈은 회전 접합부, 접합 고정부, 제1 커플러, 중공 모터, 제2 커플러 및 어댑터를 포함하고, 상기 회전 접합부, 상기 접합 고정부 및 제1 커플러를 삽입하여 고정하는 제1 하우징； 상기 중공모터를 삽입 고정하고, 상기 제1 하우징과 일단이 결합하는 제2 하우징； 상기 제2 커플러를 삽입 고정하고, 상기 제2 하우징의 타단과 고정 결합하는 제3 하우징；을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명은 OCT 시스템과 카테터 사이의 회전접합모듈의 내부구성요소에 공차를 억제하기 위한 각 구성요소에 별도의 하우징을 제공함으로써, 회전접합모듈 각 구성요소의 조립으로 인해 발생되는 공차를 줄여 최종적으로 중공모터의 토크를 카테터에 손실 없이 전달할 수 있다.
