An optical rotary junction module for an OCT system proposed by the present invention is a rotary junction module for delivering light emitted from an optical coherence tomography (OCT) system to an imaging catheter by using an optical fiber and then rotating the imaging catheter, the rotary junction module comprising: a first housing comprising a rotary junction portion, a junction fixing portion, a first coupler, a hollow motor, a second coupler, and an adapter, the rotary junction portion, the junction fixing portion, and the first coupler being inserted and fixed into the first housing； a second housing into which the hollow motor is inserted/fixed, one end of the second housing being coupled to the first housing； and a third housing into which the second coupler is inserted/fixed, the third housing being fixed/coupled to the other end of the second housing.
