The invention relates to synthesis of elastic laminated polyurethane using special additives and fillers in order to give tailor-made biological and mechanical-and-physical properties and can be used in medicine as dressing material. A process for the preparation of elastic laminated polyurethane involves interaction of hydroxyl-containing polyethers and diisocyanates in molar ratio of 1:2, correspondingly, followed by addition of dihydrazides of carboxylic acids as chain extenders (dihydrazide of isophthalic acid (IDH) and 1,4-di-N-oxide 2,3-bis(oxymethyl)quinoxaline (DNOOQ)) in dimethylformamide medium. According to the invention chain extenders are added to prepared prepolymer in molar ratio of IDH:DNOOQ as 0.8:0.2 at a temperature of 20-60 °C with further keeping for 2 hours at a temperature of 60 °C while stirring and for 2 at room temperature, degassing under vacuum, pouring onto glass plate, drying at room temperature for 12 hours. A layer of granulated stone activated carbon preliminary saturated with solvent (isopropyl alcohol/hexane) (II medium layer) is distributed over the prepared film (I outer layer) and kept for 12 hours. Thereafter the reaction mixture (III outer layer) is poured onto the film with stone activated carbon layer for the preparation of foamed polyurethane based on polyether and isocyanate components at total ratio of hydroxylic (OH) and isocyanate groups (NCO) in foamed polyurethane as 1:1.Винахід стосується синтезу еластичного шаруватого поліуретану, що одержують з ізоціанатів та поліефірів, з використанням спеціальних добавок і наповнювачів з метою надання заданих біологічних і фізико-механічних властивостей і може знайти застосування в медичній практиці як перевязувальний матеріал.Спосіб одержання еластичного шаруватого поліуретану шляхом взаємодії гідроксилвмісних поліефірів і діізоціанатів у мольному співвідношенні 1:2, відповідно, з подальшим введенням в середовищі диметилформаміду (ДМФА) ланцюга - дигідразидів карбонових кислот (
