PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a medication management device capable of detecting taking-in/out of a medicament without minutely performing sensitivity adjustment of a sensor.SOLUTION: A medication management device 1 includes a plurality of medicament housing units 11 distributed in a two-dimensional manner, each of which holds a medicament of a recipient and administration timing corresponding to the medicament housing unit 11. The medication management device includes taking-in/out detection means for detecting taking-in/out of a medicament.
