PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain equipment using kerosene that is a carbon dioxide-generating source easily available at a low cost and efficiently trapping mosquitoes at a low operation cost.SOLUTION: The mosquito-trapping equipment which can efficiently trap mosquitoes is invented by combining the blood-sucking behavior habit of the mosquitoes with its gravitational force such as using kerosene, burning the kerosene to generate carbon dioxide, using the carbon dioxide as a relative long distance trapping agent, not using any other trapping chemical substance, disposing a heated landing wall as a short distance trapping method, and enables to trap mosquitoes at a low operation cost.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】低価格で容易に入手可能な炭酸ガス発生源である灯油を用い、低運転費で蚊を効率的に捕獲する装置を実現する。【解決手段】灯油を使用し、これを燃焼させることにより炭酸ガスを発生させ、この炭酸ガスを比較的長距離の誘引剤として用い、他の誘引化学物質を使うことなく、また短距離の誘引方法として加温された着地壁を設け、蚊の吸血行動習性と重力とを組み合わせることにより効率的に蚊を捕獲できる蚊捕獲装置を発明し、低運転費での蚊の捕獲を可能とした。【選択図】図2
