PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform the observation and surgical operation of an operating region by avoiding the interference of a soft endoscope with an operating device in the body in a surgical endoscopic device wherein the region near the tip side of a flexible tube part is formed so as to become softer than the region near the base side thereof.SOLUTION: The flexible tube part 11 is constituted so that the region 11s near the tip side thereof becomes softer than the region 11h near on the base end side thereof from the flexible transfer part 11x formed on the way of the flexible tube part 11 and the length (Ls) from the tips of the flexible insertion parts 11, 12 and 13 to the flexible transfer part 11x is formed so as to become larger the preset protrusion length (C) of the flexible insertion parts 11, 12 and 13 protruded from the tip of a trocar 30 for an endoscope.
