SOLUTION: An isolator system 1 has an operation room in an isolator 2 or a pass box 3 which is maintained at a sterile condition, decontamination gas supply means 11 for decontaminating inside of the operation room by supplying a decontamination gas into the operation room, aeration means 55 and 56 for conducting aeration which removes a decontamination component in the operation room by supplying air into the operation room and further heaters 59, 59, 66, 67 for increasing temperature of air in the operation room at required locations.
