PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube capable of curving a tip part with a small curvature radius and preventing crashing of a curved part.SOLUTION: A medical tube includes a curved part 30 of a guide tube 100 comprising a curvature assisting part 30a having a length of 3 times to 5 times the outer radius of the guide tube and having a lower rigidity than the flexible part 40 to thereby assist the curvature, and a tip curved part 30e having the same rigidity as that of the curvature assisting part 30a and connected with the tip side of the curvature assisting part 30a, and further includes a knot part 50 formed by pressure welding heat adhesion, namely, by pressing the curvature assisting part 30a and the tip curved part 30e and heating them to a melting temperature thereof from the outer periphery of a pressing position thereof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】先端部を小さい曲率半径で湾曲することができると共に湾曲部の潰れを防止することができる医療用チューブの提供。【解決手段】ガイドチューブ100の湾曲部30を、前記ガイドチューブ外径の3倍から5倍の長さであって可撓部40に比べて剛性が低いことにより湾曲を補助する湾曲補助部30aと、該湾曲補助部30aと同一剛性であって該湾曲補助部30aの先端側に接合された先端湾曲部30eとから構成し、該湾曲補助部30a及び先端湾曲部30eとを押し当てた状態で該押し当て位置の外周から融点温度まで加熱する圧接加熱溶着により節部50を形成した医療用チューブ。【選択図】図3
