PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire securing bonding strength between a core shaft and a coil body and flexibility of a tip of the guide wire by controlling an inflow amount, into the core shaft, of a bonding member such as a solder material when bonding a tip of the coil body and the tip of the core shaft.SOLUTION: A guide wire 1 includes a core shaft 3, a coil body 5 for covering an outer periphery of the core shaft 3, and a bonding part 13 for bonding a tip of the core shaft 3 and a tip of the coil body 5.
