PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad which is deformed according to a posture of a wearer.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad (10) for men comprises a pad body (20) comprising a vertical direction (Y), a lateral direction (X) crossing the vertical direction, a skin facing surface and a skin non-facing surface opposite to the skin facing surface, and containing a liquid absorption core (23). The pad body (20) comprises a first end area (11) and a second end area (12) which are separated and face in the vertical direction (Y), and an intermediate area (13) positioned between the first and second end areas. In the absorbent pad (10), in only the intermediate area (13), plural deformation guide parts (40) are arranged in the vertical direction (Y) and the lateral direction (X) with intervals. The pad body (20) comprises both side areas (14) which are separated and face each other in the lateral direction (X). Bothe side areas (14) comprise a shrinkage area (side elastic part) (54) capable of extending and shrinking in the vertical direction (Y).
