Pet toys (10) configured to accept an edible or chewable treat (20) which canbe readily replaced. The pet toys havea first portion (12) and a second portion (14) which releaseably engage toretain the edible treat (2OA, 20B) with the toy until thetreat is consumed or otherwise removed from the toy by the pet. When desired,the toy can be disassembled by removing the firstportion. from the second portion, new treats can be added to the toy, and thetwo portions reassembled.
