PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable daily walking information of a walker to be easily extracted.SOLUTION: In a data storage part 22, a reference parameter to be the standard for walking judgement is stored. A data input/output part 21 acquires acceleration data measured by an acceleration sensor equipped on a portable terminal carried by a user in daily life. A transformation part 23 produces transformation data by coordinate-transforming the acceleration data using a gravity component and principal component analysis. A fundamental frequency parameter calculation part 24, an absolute value parameter calculation part 25, or a regularity parameter calculation part 26 calculates an acceleration parameter representing characteristics of the acceleration data from the transformation data.
