A detection method of uterine contraction is disclosed, which senses an acceleration value generated during uterine contraction by using an acceleration sensor in a mobile device, and then determines the condition of uterine contraction based on a variation of the acceleration value, so that the detection data can provide pregnant women with more references and assurance between monthly prenatal checkups. A pregnant woman is able to inspect her current uterine contraction condition at home in advance by using her mobile device, and then judge whether the current uterine contraction condition is abnormal or not based on the uterine contraction condition information displayed on the mobile device to determine whether to need to go to the hospital, so that there is no need to hurry to the hospital for treatment every time when the uterine contracts.本發明係一種子宮收縮檢測方法,係依據移動式裝置中的加速度感測器來感測子宮收縮時所產生的加速度值,並依據加速度質的變化來判斷子宮收縮狀況,在每月的產檢間隔期間可以提供孕婦更多參考與保障,孕婦皆可以自身所持有之移動式裝置於家中先行檢測目前的子宮收縮狀況,並藉由移動式裝置上所顯示之子宮收縮狀況資訊判斷目前子宮收縮狀況是否異常來決定是否前往醫院,而不用每一次有子宮收縮時都急急忙忙前往醫院就診。無
