The present invention relates to a medical cooling device with a variable injection distance. The present invention comprises: a coolant container accommodating a high pressure liquid coolant； a hose unit having one end connected to a valve provided in an outlet of the coolant container to guide a liquid coolant flowing out from the coolant container from one side to the other side by the opening of the valve； a nozzle unit connected to the other end of the hose unit, selectively performing phase transformation of the liquid coolant into a gaseous coolant and then, injecting the same； a cooling distance adjusting unit provided in the nozzle unit and selectively varying an injection distance of the gaseous coolant injected from the nozzle unit to a target area by an optional length change； and a control unit electrically connected to the nozzle unit and the cooling distance adjusting unit to control the injection of the coolant in the nozzle unit and to control the temperature of the target area by controlling the injection distance between the nozzle unit and the target area. The present invention performs anesthesia by the method of temporarily cooling the target area to block nerve transmission such that anesthesia can be easily performed without pain. By controlling the injection distance between the nozzle unit and the target area, the target area is cooled stably and effectively.본 발명은 고압의 액상 냉각재가 수용되는 냉각재용기와, 상기 냉각재용기의 유출구에 구비된 밸브에 일측단이 연결되어, 상기 밸브의 개방으로 상기 냉각재용기에서 유출되는 액상의 냉각재를 일측에서 타측으로 유도하는 호스부와, 상기 호스부의 타측단에 연결되고, 선택적으로 액상 냉각재를 상변환하여 기상 냉각재로 분사하는 노즐부와, 상기 노즐부에 구비되고, 선택적인 길이 신축으로 상기 노즐부에서 목표영역로 분사되는 기상 냉각재의 분사거리를 선택적으로 가변하는 냉각거리조절부, 및 상기 노즐부 및 냉각거리조절부와 전기적으로 연결되어, 상기 노즐부에서 냉각재의 분사를 제어하고, 상기 노즐부와 목표영역 간의 분사거리 조절로 목표영역의 온도를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여, 목표영역를 순간적으로 냉각시켜 신경전달을 차단시키는 방식에 의해 마취작용을 수행하므로 통증없이 간편하게 마취를 할 수 있고, 노즐부와 목표영역 간의 분사거리 조절로 목표영역의 냉각이 보다 안정적이고 효과적으로 수행되도록 하는 분사거리가 가변되는 의료용 냉각장치를 제공한다.
