This invention provides cyclicamino-phenyl sulfamatederivatives represented by a formula(see formula I)wherein each of R1 and R2 stands for hydrogen or loweralkyl； each of R3 and R4 stands for hydrogen, halogen, cyano orthe like； A stands for nitrogen or CH； B stands for CH2, SO2,CO, optionally substituted phenyl or the like； and R5 stands foralkyl, phenyl, amino or the like,or salts thereof which exhibit excellent steroid sulfatase inhibitoryactivity and are useful for prevention or treatment of diseasesassociated with steroids such as estrogen, androgen and the like.
