The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying pulverized wet food. The wind is supplied for a required time, so the powdered wet food wastes are in contact with the wind while being spread in all direction in an inner space of the drying net, and thus the powdered wet food wastes are gradually dried and a significant amount of moisture escape from the wastes.
