The retainer is configured to move towards the proximal end of the wire independently from the wire. The wire comprises a unit to prevent the distal motion of the retainer beyond the above prevention unit. The retainer has a deformable section having the central portion attachable to the inner side of the blood vessel at the preset length in the first longitudinal direction of the blood vessel. The central portion is a braided or interlaced element. The distal portion is attached to the deformable section. The proximal portion is attached to the deformable section.
