PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle so designed that a cylinder part made by integratedly molding the cylinder and the cylinder head of a hydraulic lifter is engaged in a cylinder case to enable the hydraulic lifter to be easily assembled, an oil path and various valves are installed in the cylinder part, thus making the hydraulic lifter compact to effect space saving, and accomplished in the improvement of productivity and cost reduction through simplifying its production process.SOLUTION: The working vehicle is provided, being so designed that, the inside of a cylinder part 24 made by integratedly molding a cylinder 26 and a cylinder head 27 is installed, outside of a cylinder liner 28, with a hydraulic fluid path 37 made to communicate with a flow hole h, wherein the hydraulic fluid path 37 is equipped with a slow-return stop valve 38 provided in the cylinder part 24 and functioning to regulate both the feed halt and feed/discharge level of the hydraulic fluid in the cylinder liner 28, a check valve 41 functioning to discharge the hydraulic cylinder in the cylinder liner 28 coordinated with a spool 45, and a safety valve 40, and an operational link case 25 is provided with a control valve 42 at the sliding position of the spool 45.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】油圧昇降装置のシリンダとシリンダヘッドとを一体成形してなるシリンダ部を、シリンダケース内に嵌着して油圧昇降装置を容易に組立可能とし、シリンダ部内に油路および各種バルブ類を設け、油圧昇降装置をコンパクトにして省スペース化するとともに、製造工程を簡略化することで生産性の向上およびコストダウンを図った作業車両を提供する。【解決手段】シリンダ26と、シリンダヘッド27とを一体成形してなるシリンダ部24内であって、シリンダライナ28の外側に、流通孔hに連通させた作動油の油路37を備え、油路37は、シリンダ部24内に有する、シリンダライナ28内の作動油の供給停止および給排量を規制するスローリターンストップバルブ38と、スプール45に連係したシリンダライナ28内の作動油を排出するチェックバルブ41と、セイフティーバルブ40とを備えるとともに、操作リンクケース25は、スプール45の摺動位置にコントロールバルブ42を備える。【選択図】図8
