PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a yield, reduce a seedling raising cost, and reduce labor for raising the seedling and carrying the seedling without changing an interspace between the seedlings by an interspace speed-change gear (in a different viewpoint from sparse planting) in seedling planting work.SOLUTION: A rice planter 1 according to the present invention includes a planting claw 30 for raking a seedling for one rice plant from a seedling mat placed on a seedling tray 29 and planting it in a field.
