Thus, as can be seen from the use of the device described above, which contains two arcuate guides, one of which is movable relative to the other, fixed and united by a common carriage, with a motor located on it, which drives the distal guide and the carriage by means of a gear transmission and gear sectors. This allows you to change the length of the arc during the operation, which ensures the compactness of this system, free access for the surgeon-assistant to the place of operation, reduces the area occupied by the device at the operating table, while ensuring significant angular displacements of the surgical instrument in space, necessary for surgical intervention.
