The heat exchanger 32 has a hollow laminate resin plate comprising a flat plate-shaped plate part, and a plurality of protrusion parts protruding from the plate part in a hollow state and arranged in a zigzag state with a gap, the hollow laminate resin plate being formed of a synthetic resin； and a metal plate laminated on a top face side of the protrusion part, and extending in a flat plate-state and facing the plate part.
