PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a hub with a valve which has a large difference between threshold values of pressures needed at the inflow time and the outflow time even when a plate-like valve body is used.SOLUTION: A hub with a valve includes: a first housing 111 a second housing 121 and a valve body 131 provided between the first housing 111 and the second housing 121. The first housing 111 includes: a first end surface and a first passage 113 opening on the first end surface. The second housing 121 includes: a second end surface a second passage 123 opening on the second end surface and having a diameter on the second end surface which is larger than a diameter of the first passage 113 on the first end surface and a second end surface protruding part 124 which protrudes from the second end surface and encloses the second passage 123.
